TI International
Vision - TI's vision is a world in which government, politics, business, civil society and the daily lives of people are free of corruption.
Mission - TI's mission is to work to create change towards a world free of corruption.
Strategy - Over most of 2003, Transparency International Secretariat coordinated a Strategic Planning Exercise in which input and feedback from the TI Movement were invited at all stages. As a result of this exercise, the Board of Directors approved at end of 2003 the Strategic Framework for the TI Movement which outlines TI's strategy for the next three to five years.

As part of an international movement against corruption, TSA commits itself to combating corruption in the public and private sector and in civil society through networks of integrity.
Recognising that corruption is a problem affecting development internationally and in South Africa, and one which prejudices socio-economic justice, TSA undertakes to:
- Further transparency, accountability and integrity in South African society
- Further good governance
- Monitor corruption locally and elsewhere
- Raise awareness about corruption in our society
- Develop networks of integrity against corruption
TSA is:
- A South African NGO committed to address corruption and good governance in society
- A not for profit, section 21 Company
- Affiliated to Transparency International
- Politically non-partisan
